Activity Details
- Arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Sri Lanka.
- GSM Ceylon Travels chauffeur guide will meet you & welcome you with orchid garlands. You will be driven to Colombo.
- During the city tour you will visit and have photo stops at: Independence Square, Galle Face Green, World Trade Center, Sri Lanka Old Parliament, Dutch Hospital, BMICH, Avukana Buddha, Town Hall, Vihara Mahadevi Park, Lotus Tower (outside), Nelum Pokuna, Seema Malakaya Temple, Sir Ponnambam Vaneshwar Kovil, Red Mosque, Kings House, Arcade Independence, Art Gallery, Central Point Building, Prison Cell of Sri Lanka’s last king Sri Vikrama Rajasinha, Sri Lanka Parliament, Diyatha Park, National Museum.
- Next visit modern shopping malls: One Galle Face, Colombo City Center.

- After having breakfast proceed to Kandy. Sightseeing at the Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy and the museum at the temple.
- On the way visit Spice Garden. You will learn about various plants and spices native to Sri Lanka.
- The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is a Buddhist temple in the city of Kandy. It is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, which houses the relic of the tooth of the Buddha. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site mainly due to the temple.

- Observe Kandy Public Market.

- In the evening witness the mesmerizing movements and colorful costumes of Kandy’s traditional dancers, showcasing the island’s rich cultural heritage.
- Overnight at Kandy Hotel.
- After breakfast you will drive towards Nuwara Eliya with a stop to visit Kandy viewpoint. Nuwara Eliya is a city in the tea country hills of central Sri Lanka. The city is the administrative capital of Nuwara Eliya District, with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. It is at an altitude of 1,868 m (6,128 ft) and is considered to be the most important location for tea production in Sri Lanka.
- En-route visit Temple Loop (Embekke Wood Carving Temple, Gadoladeniya Stone Carving Temple, Lankathilaka Image House).
- Explore Ramboda Waterfall.
- Visit Damro Labukele Tea Factory & Tea Shop.
- Visit Hakgala Botanical Garden — the second largest garden in Sri Lanka.
- Evening check in to Nuwara Eliya Hotel.
- Overnight at Nuwara Eliya Hotel.
- After breakfast at the hotel leave for Bentota.
- Bentota is delightfully located along one of the finest beaches on the southwest coast, and an ideal location to relax your mind with the golden sandy beaches.
- Spend evening at leisure watching the waves as they bounce off the sun-kissed sands.
- Overnight stay at Bentota.
- After breakfast visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery — a community-based turtle hatchery and turtle watching project set up by the Turtle Conservation Project (TCP) in association with the Wildlife Department of Sri Lanka.
- Then visit mask manufacturing shops — mask making is a popular tradition in Sri Lanka. Many Sri Lankan mask artisans ply their trade along the Western, Southwestern, and Southern coasts of the island.
- Take a boat safari tour at Madu River. The Madu River area is surrounded by swampy marshlands covered in mangrove forests. Mangroves play a huge part in preventing erosion. There are also over 50 kinds of butterflies and 25 kinds of mollusks found in the Madu River zone. While on your boat ride you can see those.
